-   i-Cloud Solutions Limited has incorporated the highest quality servers for use with our hosting packages and due to this there will be times when routine checks are essential. These essential routine checks may mean that for a few seconds your site may not be accessible, but without these checks your site could experience more frequent periods of inaccessibility.

-   Agreed cost covers only the work done within the specification, any additional work i.e additional pages with additional content will be charge extra.

-   As our team are highly experience professionals in web design, there may be times when we are designing and/or developing a website for a company in a field that we are not familiar with i.e construction. In situations like this we will require information from our clients regarding the content they would like in their site. In doing this we will be able to provide our clients with a more accurate representation of their company and their status in the sector that they work in.

-   All websites designed and developed by i-Cloud Solutions Limited are done so to the highest quality. We will always ensure that all features of our clients websites, including all links, images, text and contact us information, are completed and in full working order before being published to the Internet. Any problems that our clients may face that i-Cloud Solutions Limited is not directly responsible for will be dealt by our team for an additional charge. Such problems could include unprofessional tampering with hosting account, forgetting login details, misuse of a company or home PC. A solution will be available as a resolution to any problem that our clients may face at an additional charge.

-   i-Cloud Solutions Limited takes no responsibility for clients attempting to modify their own websites, email accounts, databases or any other aspect of their hosting account. A solution will be offered if hosting accounts are unprofessionally tampered with at an additional charge.

-   i-Cloud Solutions Limited takes no responsibility for companies that make no money through their website.

-   During server downtime, i-Cloud Solutions Limited takes no responsibility for any business potentially lost as these are routine and essential.

-   As our servers are provided by Heart Internet Ltd, any problems that they may face may affect us and therefor affect our clients. If Heart Internet Ltd experience any problems with their servers, i-Cloud Solutions Limited takes no responsibility for this but we will keep in touch with them in order to keep our clients updated with such a situation.
